How to troubleshoot when it takes too long to open archives

When you open archives with Bandizip, there may be a delay while requests for file access are made. Try one of the following to solve the problem:

In Bandizip’s Preferences,

  1. Sandbox > Delete All (the accessible folders list)


  2. General > Reset All Preferences
